Where do new businesses come from?
Every UK business that registers shows up in your alert within 24 hours of incorporation. We do the monitoring so you don't have to.
How quickly will I see new companies?
Newly incorporated businesses appear in alerts within 24 hours of registration. Starter subscribers receive a weekly digest every Monday morning. Standard and Professional subscribers get daily alerts.
What's a "postcode area"?
A postcode area is the first part of a UK postcode - like NE for Newcastle, M for Manchester, or EC for East Central London. When you sign up, you browse by region (North East, London, etc.) and pick the specific areas you want to monitor. It's simple and visual.
Can I change my industries and areas later?
Absolutely. You can update your filters anytime from your subscriber dashboard. Changes take effect from your next alert.
Can I download the data to a CSV?
Yes, you can download all your matched businesses to a CSV via the dashboard. Use it however you like - upload to your CRM, share with your business development team, or keep your own records.
What if no new companies match my criteria?
You simply won't receive an alert that day - we only email you when there's something genuinely relevant. Your subscription continues and we'll notify you as soon as new matching companies are registered.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or minimum terms. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like and you won't be charged again.
